If your case arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing defect, we'll replace or exchange it with a product of equal value at no extra cost. The PrettyHive warranty does NOT cover: orders placed over 365 days ago, final sale or clearance items, lost or stolen items, or typical wear and tear damage such as yellowing, scratches, dents, or fading from everyday use. To make a claim, simply email us at Support@prettyhive.co with your order number and a photo of the issue, and our team will take care of the rest.
